Troubleshooting
Cat refuses to eat the food
Ensure the food is served at room temperature. Try mixing a small amount with their current food or a familiar treat. Some cats may need time to adjust to new textures or flavors.
Food appears dry or separated
This can sometimes happen due to storage. Gently stir the contents to reincorporate the broth and meat. Ensure the food is within its use-by date.
Digestive upset (vomiting or diarrhea)
Introduce new foods gradually over several days. If symptoms persist, consult your veterinarian to rule out allergies or underlying health issues.
Product quality concerns (e.g., unusual odor or appearance)
Check the expiration date and ensure the packaging was not damaged. If the product seems off, do not feed it to your cat and contact the retailer or manufacturer.
