Use a damp, soft cloth with mild detergent. Wipe it down and allow it to air dry completely before storing.
Use the included pump to add more air until the desired level of firmness and resistance is achieved.
Ensure the bottom of the base is clean, or use the trainer on a high-quality exercise mat to increase friction.
To set up your VEVOR trainer, use the included air pump to inflate the dome until it reaches your desired firmness. Do not over-inflate, as this may compromise the anti-burst integrity. Compatibility is high, as the unit features dedicated points to attach standard resistance bands, allowing you to pair the device with existing strength equipment. Care is straightforward: wipe down the ball with a damp cloth and mild soap after use to remove perspiration. Store the unit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp objects, as prolonged UV exposure can degrade the polymer materials over time.
