The VIVREAL Water Filter is designed for households seeking professional-grade water purification using their existing Zerowater pitchers. This 5-stage filtration system provides an exceptional level of water purity by removing up to 99.9% of common contaminants including heavy metals, VOCs, and chlorine, making it ideal for those sensitive to water taste or quality. While it delivers distilled-like purity, users should note that the rigorous filtration process may lead to a slower water flow rate compared to standard carbon-only filters.

The filter is designed for 'TDS 0' technology, which reduces total dissolved solids to near-zero levels, effectively achieving water purity comparable to distilled water.
For optimal performance and purity levels, replace the VIVREAL filter every 2-3 months, depending on the volume of water you filter.
Yes, the VIVREAL F006 is designed for seamless compatibility with standard Zerowater pitcher models.
The filter is certified to NSF/ANSI 42 and 53 standards, ensuring both material safety and structural integrity.
No, this filter is designed for use with cold water only. Hot water may damage the filter media and reduce its effectiveness.
Ensure the filter is not overtightened, which can create a vacuum, or check if the filter has reached its 2-3 month capacity limit.
Verify the seal between the reservoir and the filter is airtight; if the filter was recently installed, ensure the initial flushing process was completed.
This is likely harmless activated carbon dust from the filter media. Run two or three cycles of water through the system to flush the loose particles.
To install, simply unscrew your existing filter from the Zerowater reservoir and replace it by threading the VIVREAL filter into place. Ensure it is tightened securely to prevent unfiltered water from bypassing the cartridge. Before first use, it is recommended to run one full pitcher of water through the filter and discard it to clear any harmless carbon dust. For maintenance, replace the filter every 2-3 months depending on your local water quality and volume of use. If you notice a drastic drop in filtration speed or a change in the taste of your water, it is time to install a fresh filter. Keep the filter cartridge away from direct heat sources to prevent damage to the internal resin beads.
