Ensure the bed base is level on the floor and check that no obstructions (like carpet edges) are interfering with the ball-bearing glides.
Rotate the mattress 180 degrees to ensure even weight distribution across the 9-zone spring system.
Tighten the bolts connecting the struts to the divan base and ensure the struts are flush against the back of the base.
Delivery includes transport to your room of choice, simplifying the initial installation. To set up, ensure you have sufficient clearance to attach the headboard struts to the rear of the divan base using the provided hardware. For long-term maintenance, rotate the mattress every three months to promote even spring wear and prevent sagging in high-pressure zones. The upholstery can be kept looking new by gently vacuuming the base and headboard with an upholstery attachment to remove dust. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners on the fabric. As the mattress is fire-retardant, avoid exposing it to high heat sources.
