To ensure the best seal, always ensure the surface of the paper is clean and free of dust before pressing the adhesive strip. Store these envelopes in a cool, dry environment to maintain the integrity of the adhesive on the peel-and-seal strip. When inserting items, avoid overstuffing beyond the 25mm capacity as this may put unnecessary stress on the seams of the envelope, potentially leading to tearing during automated sorting processes in the postal system.
