Troubleshooting
Zipper is stuck
Gently try to move the zipper pull back and forth. Ensure no fabric is caught in the teeth. A small amount of graphite from a pencil tip can sometimes help lubricate the zipper.
Cover appears slightly creased after unpacking
Refer to the 'Care' instructions. Iron on a low setting on the reverse side, or consider a professional dry clean to refresh the fabric.
Metallic effect seems dull
Ensure the cushion is not exposed to prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade metallic finishes. Professional dry cleaning may help restore its appearance.
