Troubleshooting

Pieces seem to fit in the wrong spots

Double-check the edge pieces first to establish a frame, as Ravensburger cuts are very precise and rarely allow for 'false fits'.

Gently wipe the completed puzzle surface with a dry, lint-free microfiber cloth; do not use water or cleaning agents.

Missing pieces

Thoroughly check under your table and workspace floor, as these items are prone to sliding into small gaps.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To begin your puzzle, ensure you have a workspace that can accommodate a 49x36cm area. While no special tools are required, a puzzle sorting tray can help manage the 500 pieces effectively. To maintain the integrity of the puzzle, avoid exposure to moisture or high humidity, as these can warp the cardboard over time. After completion, the puzzle can be carefully disassembled by lifting sections gently or preserved using a standard puzzle glue if you intend to display your work. Keep the box in a dry, cool place to ensure the pieces remain in perfect condition for future builds.
