Troubleshooting
Puzzle pieces not staying in place
Ensure the board is on a completely flat and stable surface. Avoid sudden movements when transporting the board. If pieces are still sliding, a very light misting of temporary adhesive spray (designed for puzzles) might be considered, though this is generally not necessary for standard use.
Board is slightly warped
Ensure the board is stored flat or leaning against a stable surface, not under heavy objects. If warping is significant, contact the retailer or manufacturer for potential replacement, as this may indicate a defect.
Difficulty fitting a 1000-piece puzzle
Confirm the dimensions of your puzzle. This board is designed for puzzles up to 72 x 51 cm. If your puzzle exceeds these dimensions, it will not fit properly.
