FAQs

Can I use this for a newborn?

No, this carrier is intended for infants 4 months to 2 years old, or those weighing between 13–33 lbs.

Is the fabric safe for pool chemicals?

Yes, the material is designed for water use, but you should rinse it thoroughly with fresh water after exposure to chlorine to extend the life of the fabric.

Does it support hip-healthy positioning?

The carrier allows for inward and outward facing positions; ensure the baby's legs are properly positioned to support natural development.

Can this be machine washed?

We recommend hand washing with mild detergent and air drying to maintain the integrity of the elastic fabric and buckles.

How do I switch between inward and outward facing?

Simply adjust the seat panel width and re-thread the buckles according to the orientation you prefer, ensuring all clicks are heard before use.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up the carrier, first loosen all straps and place the carrier over your head and shoulders like a vest. Secure the primary buckles at your back, then place your baby into the seat pouch while maintaining a firm hand on them at all times. Adjust the side straps until the baby is held snugly against you. For maintenance, rinse the carrier with fresh water after use in salt or chlorinated water to preserve the integrity of the fabric. Always air dry in a shaded area away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation. The carrier is compatible with infants weighing between 13 and 33 lbs.
