FAQs
Is the Mumbles Rabbit safe for infants?
Yes, it is EN71 compliant and features embroidered eyes rather than plastic buttons, reducing choking risks.
How do I wash this plush toy?
Unzip the toy, remove the internal stuffing, and machine wash the outer shell on a gentle cycle.
What are the dimensions of the toy?
The toy measures 15cm in both height and width.
What certifications does this toy have?
It is EN71 compliant for safety and holds Amfori, BSCI, and Sedex certifications for ethical manufacturing.
Can the stuffing be replaced if lost?
While the toy comes with its own stuffing, the zipped design allows you to add or replace the stuffing with standard hobby-grade polyfill if needed.
Troubleshooting
Stuffing feels lumpy after re-insertion
Remove the stuffing and gently knead or fluff the material by hand before placing it back into the plush shell to distribute it evenly.
Zipper is difficult to pull
Ensure no fabric is caught in the teeth of the zipper and pull gently; if it remains stiff, a small amount of non-toxic lubricant may be applied to the zipper track.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
No assembly is required upon unboxing; the rabbit arrives ready for use. To maintain the plush fabric's softness, avoid using harsh bleach or high-heat drying. When cleaning, ensure the zipper is fully closed before putting the shell in a wash bag. The product is designed to be durable, but it should be kept away from sharp objects that might snag the embroidered threads or damage the zipper mechanism. Because of the EN71 compliance, this toy is safe for infants and toddlers, though it should always be inspected periodically for any signs of wear.
