What age is the LeMieux Toy Pony - Sundance suitable for?

The LeMieux Toy Pony - Sundance is suitable for children aged 3 years and older.

Can I wash the toy pony?

It is recommended to spot clean the pony with a damp cloth. Avoid immersing the toy in water or using harsh cleaning agents, as this may damage the materials.

Are the accessories included with the pony?

No, the LeMieux Toy Pony accessories are sold separately. You can purchase a range of matching accessories to complement Sundance.

Why is my pony slightly different from another one?

Each Sundance pony is individually hand-finished, which means there can be slight variations in size and shape, making every pony unique.

How do I care for the plaitable mane and tail?

The mane and tail can be styled and plaited. If they become tangled, gently detangle with fingers or a comb. Regular plaiting can help maintain their condition.

What is the main benefit of this toy pony?

The toy pony is designed to encourage imaginative and educational play, helping children develop creativity and learn about horse care through interactive grooming and styling.

Troubleshooting

Mane or tail becomes tangled

Gently use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to detangle the strands. Plaiting the mane and tail after play can help prevent future tangles.

Coat appears matted

Use a soft brush or comb to gently smooth the coat. Avoid excessive pressure or pulling.

Pony does not stand steadily

Ensure the pony is placed on a flat, stable surface. Check that all four legs are in contact with the ground evenly. Minor adjustments may be possible due to the flexible body, but it is designed to stand securely.
