Troubleshooting

Candle is tunneling (wax not melting to the edges)

On the first burn, allow the candle to burn long enough for the melted wax pool to reach the edges of the container. For subsequent burns, ensure the wick is trimmed to 1/4 inch.

Weak scent throw

Ensure the wick is trimmed properly and the candle has been burning for at least 1-2 hours to allow the fragrance to release. Consider using it in a smaller, enclosed space for a more concentrated scent.

Sooting or excessive flame

Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use. Ensure there are no drafts affecting the flame.
