FAQs

What are the dimensions of the Astratto Wall Art?

The piece measures 102.6 cm in height, 102.6 cm in width, and 4.3 cm in depth.

How much does the wall art weigh?

The item weighs 14.0 kg, so please ensure your wall surface can support this weight.

Can this be installed in a bathroom?

It is not recommended, as high humidity and steam can damage the fabric structure and cause discoloration over time.

Is the finish pure white?

Yes, the product features a white finish, though the texture and hand-painted application create light and shadow variations that give it dynamic depth.

Does the piece come with mounting hardware?

Standard wall mounting hardware is not explicitly provided; please purchase appropriate heavy-duty hooks or anchors suited for your specific wall type (e.g., drywall, brick, or concrete).

Troubleshooting

The artwork appears crooked on the wall.

Check the level of your mounting points and adjust the tension of the hanging wire or brackets if applicable.

Dust is settling in the pleats.

Use a pressurized can of air (duster) to gently blow debris out from the folds, or use a soft, dry makeup brush to sweep dust away.

The frame feels loose or unstable.

Verify that your wall hardware is rated for at least 15-20 kg to account for the weight of the artwork and the mounting hardware safety margin.

Pros and Cons

Not suitable for high-humidity areas like bathrooms due to fabric construction

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Given the item weighs 14.0 kg, it is essential to mount this piece using professional-grade wall anchors or by securing it directly into wall studs. Before installation, use a spirit level to ensure the square frame is perfectly aligned. For maintenance, keep the piece away from direct heat sources to prevent the fabric from drying or discoloring. Because the texture is intricate, cleaning should be limited to periodic, gentle dusting with a soft-bristled brush or a light pass with a vacuum attachment on a low-suction setting. Do not use liquid cleaners or wet cloths, as these may damage the fabric or distort the hand-painted finish.
