The GoZone Pull Up Bar is designed for home fitness enthusiasts who need a space-saving, effective solution for upper body and core strength training. It provides the key benefit of a tool-free, portable workout setup that attaches securely to door frames without permanent installation. One caveat is that users must ensure their door frame trim is sturdy enough to support the tension generated by the bar during intense exercises.

No, the GoZone Pull Up Bar utilizes an adjustable tension-based locking mechanism that requires no screws or drilling.
The bar is engineered to support up to 300 pounds.
The bar is designed to be non-damaging, though it is important to ensure the door frame is structurally sound and able to withstand the pressure of the bar.
Yes, the bar can be placed on the floor to provide a stable, elevated grip for push-ups and tricep dips.
It fits door frames between 62cm and 91cm wide.
Always perform a firm pull-test to ensure the bar is locked securely against the frame before putting your full body weight on it.
Ensure the bar is installed on a flat, solid door frame surface and tighten the adjustment mechanism further.
The foam is meant to be a comfort layer; if it rotates, ensure it is dry and avoid applying excessive twisting force to the grip itself.
To set up the bar, extend the sides by twisting the internal mechanism until the ends make firm contact with the door frame sides. Continue tightening until the bar feels immovable under pressure.
Compatibility: This bar fits door frames between 62cm and 91cm. Always verify the integrity of your door frame molding before application.
Care: Clean the foam grips regularly with a damp cloth to remove sweat and oils. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these may degrade the foam over time. Periodically check the locking mechanism to ensure it remains tight and lubricated for smooth adjustments.
