Full details
The URBN Living Long Handled Dustpan & Soft Brush Set is designed for individuals seeking an efficient and comfortable cleaning solution for everyday messes. Its primary benefit is the ergonomic long handles that reduce bending, making sweeping less strenuous. A potential caveat is the soft bristles, which may require multiple passes for larger debris. This set features a brush and dustpan that clip together for convenient storage, long handles for comfortable use, and a dustpan that clips upwards for compact storage, available in green, blue, and purple.

FAQs
What are the dimensions of the set?
The set measures 90cm in height. The brush bristles measure 7cm across.
How do the brush and dustpan store together?
The brush and dustpan feature a clipping system that allows them to be attached to each other for compact and secure storage.
What type of debris is this set best suited for?
The set is best suited for sweeping up fine dust, hair, and general household debris. The soft bristles are effective for trapping smaller particles.
Can I use this set outdoors?
This set is designed primarily for indoor use on smooth surfaces. It is not recommended for heavy-duty outdoor cleaning or for sweeping up coarse materials.
How do I clean the brush?
You can rinse the brush bristles under water and let them air dry. Ensure the brush is stored with bristles facing upwards or clipped to the dustpan to maintain their shape.
Are there different color options available?
Yes, the set is available in three colors: green, blue, and purple.
Does the dustpan lip lay flat on the floor?
The dustpan is designed with a lip that clips upwards for compact storage. When in use, it should rest flat enough to collect debris effectively, though users may need to sweep directly into it.
Troubleshooting
Brush does not clip securely to dustpan.
Ensure both the brush and dustpan are clean and dry. Align the clipping mechanisms carefully and apply firm pressure until you hear or feel a click.
Bristles are splayed or misshapen.
Rinse the bristles under warm water and gently comb them with your fingers. Allow the brush to air dry completely. Avoid storing the brush upside down for extended periods.
Dustpan is difficult to open or close.
Check for any debris lodged in the hinge or clipping mechanism. Gently work the mechanism back and forth. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
