Can I choose the color of the bracelet string?
You can choose from four pre-defined bracelet options, each with its own colored string and unique charm. Specific color choices beyond these options are not available.

Troubleshooting
Bracelet string appears frayed.
This can occur with normal wear. Trim any small frays carefully with scissors or tie a secure knot. For significant fraying, consider replacing the string.
Wood components have minor imperfections.
Natural variations in wood grain and color are characteristic of oak. Minor imperfections are part of the handmade charm. If an item is significantly damaged, please contact customer service.
Received the wrong bracelet option.
Please check the original order details. If there was an error in fulfillment, contact the seller with your order number for a resolution.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
This gift set requires no setup or technical compatibility. Upon arrival, simply remove the items from their packaging. The wooden components can be maintained by wiping them with a dry or slightly damp cloth if they accumulate dust. Avoid harsh chemicals or prolonged exposure to moisture to preserve the wood. The wish bracelet should be treated with care; while durable, the string can fray with excessive wear or snagging. The charm is securely attached, but care should be taken to avoid forceful pulling.
