How large is the Joules Henson Check Dog Toy?

The dimensions are 290cm x 150cm x 90cm, making it a substantial toy for medium to larger sized dogs.

Can I put this toy in the washing machine?

It is not recommended, as machine washing may damage the internal sound mechanism and the delicate fabric details.

Does it require batteries?

No, the giggle sound is mechanical and does not require batteries.

Is the toy suitable for puppies?

Troubleshooting

The giggle sound stops working

Check the toy for any debris or tight fabric shifts that might be muffling the internal mechanism. If the sound remains silent, the internal device may have been impacted by rough play.

Toy appears dirty or stained

Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap to gently spot clean the affected area. Allow it to air dry completely before returning it to your dog.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

No assembly is required for this toy. To maintain the integrity of the Henson check print and the soft fabric, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth if the toy becomes soiled. Avoid machine washing, as this may damage the internal giggle mechanism or the textured beard. Ensure the toy is stored in a dry place when not in use to keep the fabric fresh.
