Troubleshooting
Wash powder not dissolving completely
Ensure the washing machine is not overloaded and that the water temperature is adequate. For very cold washes, consider pre-dissolving the powder in a little warm water before adding it to the drum.
Residue left on clothes
Reduce the amount of powder used per wash load. Ensure you are following the correct dosage guidelines for your load size and soil level. Run an extra rinse cycle if necessary.
Stains not fully removed
For stubborn stains, pre-treat the area before washing or use a slightly higher dosage appropriate for heavily soiled items. Ensure the garment is suitable for washing with this powder.
Washing machine drum has odor
Run a cleaning cycle for your washing machine periodically. Ensure the powder is stored correctly to prevent clumping, which can sometimes contribute to odors.
