Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The obelisk arrives flat-packed. Assembly typically involves connecting the main structural components. Once assembled, identify a suitable location in your garden. Use the integrated spikes at the base to push the obelisk firmly into the ground, ensuring it is stable and upright. Aim for soft, prepared soil for easier insertion.
Compatibility: This obelisk is compatible with most climbing plants that benefit from vertical support. It is particularly well-suited for roses, clematis, honeysuckle, jasmine, and various garden vines and vegetables.
Care: To maintain its appearance and longevity, periodically clean the obelisk with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. While steel is robust, avoid harsh abrasive cleaners. If any minor rust spots appear over time, they can be gently sanded and a suitable metal sealant or paint applied to prevent further oxidation.
