Draper Acetylene Cutting Nozzle - 1/32"

This nozzle is specifically designed for use with acetylene gas for cutting.

The 1/32" refers to the diameter of the orifice in the nozzle, which determines the size and characteristics of the cutting flame.

This nozzle is intended for general purpose hand cutting. For heavy industrial applications, larger orifice nozzles might be more appropriate.

Allow the nozzle to cool completely. Use a specialized nozzle cleaning tool to gently clear any debris from the orifice. Avoid using sharp objects that could damage the orifice.

This nozzle is optimized for acetylene. Using it with other fuel gases may require specific adapters or may not provide optimal performance or safety. Refer to your torch and gas supplier recommendations.

The nozzle has dimensions of 8.70cm x 1.90cm x 1.90cm and weighs 0.08kg.

The nozzle is carton packed, which provides protection during shipping and storage.

Check for blockages in the nozzle orifice and clean with a proper nozzle cleaning tool. Ensure correct gas pressures are set and that the nozzle is securely attached to the torch.

Verify gas supply is adequate and regulators are set correctly. Ensure there are no leaks in the gas lines or connections. Check the nozzle for any foreign material obstructing gas flow.

Inspect the nozzle for physical damage, such as dents or enlarged orifice. If damaged, replace the nozzle immediately with a new, compatible one.
