Troubleshooting
The marble frequently falls off the track.
Check the alignment of your track segments; ensure the connection between tracks and height stones is secure and the incline is sufficient for momentum.
The trampoline is not launching the marble correctly.
Adjust the angle and height of the trampoline piece relative to the landing track; a slight change in position can significantly affect the flight path.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To begin, clear a space of at least 22cm by 22cm to lay out your initial base tiles. Follow the included instruction manual to complete the four specific tasks, which will help you understand how the height stones and curves interact. Since this system is modular, you can mix and match these pieces with any other GraviTrax product. To maintain the set, keep the tracks free of dust and debris to ensure the marble rolls smoothly. Store all 37 pieces in a dry place, and avoid using any non-standard marbles, as they may not be calibrated for the specific weights and balance of the GraviTrax system.
