Troubleshooting

Remote control is not responding

Check if the batteries are inserted correctly and replace them if necessary; ensure you are within range and pointing the remote toward the LED sensor.

Unit sliding during operation

Ensure the base is on a level, hard surface and check that all anti-slip suction cups are clean and fully engaged with the floor.

Display not turning on

Verify the power cable is securely plugged into both the wall outlet and the machine, and ensure the power switch is in the 'ON' position.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Highly granular intensity control with 50 speed levels
Compact footprint suitable for home use
Easy to operate via remote or console

Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly is straightforward, requiring the attachment of the handle support to the base unit. Ensure all bolts are tightened before first use. The unit is designed for use on hard, level surfaces; if you intend to use it on carpet, consider placing a solid mat underneath to ensure the anti-slip suction cups function correctly. For daily maintenance, simply wipe down the platform with a soft, damp cloth after each use to remove sweat. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the non-slip surface. Always unplug the device when not in use and store it in a dry environment to maintain the longevity of the electronic components.
