FAQs

What size gas bottle do I need?

This fire pit is designed to be used with a 5kg gas tank.

Can I leave the cushions out in the rain?

While the furniture frame is durable, it is best practice to store cushions indoors when not in use to prevent saturation and mold growth.

How do I ensure safe fire pit operation?

Always check for gas leaks before use and ensure the igniter is clear of any lava rocks.

What does kerbside delivery mean?

The delivery service will drop the pallet at the edge of your property boundary; you will need to arrange for the movement of the items to your patio or garden.

What are the dimensions of the dining table?

The fire pit dining table is 140cm in length, 80cm in width, and 70cm in height.

Troubleshooting

The fire pit will not ignite.

Check that the lava rocks are not blocking the igniter and verify that the 5kg gas tank is connected correctly.

Uneven flame or weak output.

Inspect the gas hose for kinks and ensure the gas valve is fully open.

Pros and Cons

Multifunctional table serves as both dining surface and fire feature
Modular design allows for versatile seating arrangements

Cons

Requires a specific 5kg gas tank size
Requires careful installation of lava rocks to avoid igniter issues
Kerbside delivery only, requiring customer assistance upon arrival

Setup, Compatibility & Care

For a smooth setup, ensure you have a 5kg gas tank ready, as this is the required size for the integrated system. When placing the included lava rocks, be mindful not to cover or obstruct the igniter, as this will prevent the fire pit from lighting correctly. Always conduct a safety check for gas leaks before every use. For maintenance, keep the furniture clean by wiping down the aluminium frames with a soft cloth and mild soap. During heavy rain or winter months, it is highly recommended to store the cushions indoors and cover the frame to preserve its finish. The furniture arrives via a pallet delivery, which is restricted to kerbside, so ensure you have assistance available to move the items to your desired location.
