Functions include a tare or zero function, a hold function, and an auto power-off function. These scales can weigh a variety of postal items such as letters, parcels, packages, boxes and tubes. They can be powered by the included mains adaptor or by two AA 1.5V batteries. A built-in parcel holder folds out to provide support for large envelopes or unstable items without compromising the accuracy of the reading. With a wide weighing platform measuring approximately 25cm wide and 20cm long, this device offers versatility for different objects. The digital postal scales are compatible with both mains and battery power; the included mains cable can be plugged into a power supply or two AA batteries can be installed, allowing the device to be stationed or moved freely depending on personal requirements.
