Product Information
Full details
Professional replacement brake shoe set for ALKO style axles. This listing is for a set of 8 brake shoes, sufficient for 4 brake drums on twin axle trailers. The shoes are ECE R90 approved and designed for ALKO 1800kg axles and older Ivor Williams type hubs (pre-1992) with a black grease cap. Please verify your required brake shoe style and dimensions as different makes may share similar measurements. These ALKO style brake shoes measure 230mm in total length and 60mm in width, fitting into a 9-inch diameter drum. Ensure the drum is clean before fitting and it is recommended to replace both sets of drums on an axle simultaneously. Suitable for ALKO reference number 235 and Brian James 3100 trailers.
