The Elba MyColour lever arch file is designed for professionals and students seeking a robust solution for organizing A4 documents. Its primary benefit is the 80mm high-capacity mechanism, which allows for substantial storage in a single unit; however, users should note that its rigid construction may occupy significant desk space when multiple files are aligned.

The file features a reversible spine label for indexing; internal dividers are sold separately.
It is made of polypropylene, which is water-resistant, though it is not intended to be submerged.
This file is specifically designed to store A4 size documents.
With an 80mm capacity, it can typically hold up to 600 sheets of standard 80gsm paper.
No, the label pocket is integrated into the spine design for durability.
Ensure the lever arch mechanism is completely closed and that the rings are properly aligned before adding more paper.
Slide the reversible label out from the transparent spine pocket, rewrite your index info, and re-insert the label.
To set up your file, simply lift the lever to unlock the mechanism, slide your punched A4 papers onto the metal prongs, and lock the lever back into the closed position. The file is compatible with standard two-hole punches set to the industry-standard distance. For care, wipe the polypropylene exterior with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, which may scratch the plastic surface, and store the file upright to maintain its structural integrity over time.
