Full details
The Makita DML805 is a versatile LED work light compatible with both 14.4V and 18V Makita Li-ion batteries, as well as 110v power. It features twenty 0.5watt LEDs that provide a bright and even light, with a choice of full beam or low-level settings controlled by a simple push button. The light unit is housed in a rugged moulded carry cradle with a flat base and a top handle that can also serve as a hanging bar. An adjustable knob allows the angle of the light to be set and can spin through 360 degrees. Ideal for site operations, this work-light features Makita's Extreme Protection Technology (XPT) for improved resistance to dust and water in harsh conditions. It offers three tripod mounting options as standard. When using a 4.0Ah 18v Makita Li-ion battery, the DML805 provides a continuous run time of 6.5 hours on the high setting. The DML805 offers 2-mode operation: 750 lumens on High mode or 450 lumens on Low mode. It can provide up to 8.5 hours of continuous illumination with a 5.0Ah 18V LXT battery on High mode, and up to 17 hours on Low mode. The L.E.D. lights illuminate the work area effectively without the high heat of halogens. The AC cord is easily stored and wrapped around the mounting stand base. An integrated handle can be used as a hanging hook. The light will flash to alert the user when the battery charge is low. It has a compact design, measuring only 8-3/8" long and weighing just 5.7 lbs with a battery. The flood light can be mounted on an optional tripod light stand individually or with two flood lights.
