Hot Diamonds Glimmer Sterling Silver White Topaz Pendant Necklace

Wipe the pendant gently with a soft, lint-free cloth after each use. For more thorough cleaning, use warm water and mild soap.

It is recommended to remove the pendant before showering to avoid exposure to soap and water, which can affect its shine.

Hot Diamonds offers a full warranty for manufacturing and material defects for up to one year from the date of purchase.

Store the pendant in the provided gift box or a jewelry pouch to protect it from scratches and dust.

Consult a jeweler to re-plate the pendant. Re-plating will restore the original shine and protect the silver.

Use jewelry cleaner sparingly, and ensure it is safe for use on sterling silver and gemstones. Always follow the cleaner's instructions.

A local jeweler should be able to provide a replacement chain, or you can contact Hot Diamonds customer service for assistance.

Clean the pendant with a soft cloth. If the dullness persists, consider professional cleaning.

Gently untangle the chain, working from the ends towards the center. Use a fine needle if necessary.

Ensure the pendant is clean. If the sparkle of the white topaz seems diminished, check for any residue on the surface.
