The Snopake Zippa-Bag S is a versatile organizational tool designed for students, office professionals, and home organizers who need a reliable way to protect and categorize documents or loose items. Its primary benefit lies in its durable construction and color-coded identification system, making it perfect for rapid sorting; however, users should note that the bag has a maximum capacity of 25 sheets, limiting its use for exceptionally thick document stacks.

Each bag measures 480 mm in width and 350 mm in height, which is suitable for standard A3 size paper.
Each pack contains 25 bags in total, with 5 bags for each of the five available colors.
The maximum capacity is rated for 25 sheets. Attempting to fit more may place undue stress on the zip closure and cause the bag to tear.
The polyethylene material provides protection against spills and moisture, but it is not intended to be fully submerged or used as a waterproof dry bag.
Yes, single-color packs are available if you require a uniform look for your filing system.
Check the track for paper scraps or debris. Ensure that the document inside does not exceed the 25-sheet capacity, as overstuffing creates tension on the zip.
Wipe the exterior with a microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these may cloud or weaken the transparent plastic material.
These bags require no complex setup; simply slide the zip-pull to open, insert your documents, and zip closed. While they are designed for standard paper storage, ensure that sharp items or heavy office supplies (like staplers or large metal clips) do not pierce the soft polyethylene material. To maintain the clarity of the bags, keep them away from excessive heat, which can warp the plastic, and clean them periodically with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. If the zip becomes stiff, ensure no paper fibers are caught in the teeth, as this is the most common cause of closure resistance.
