For outdoor enthusiasts and remote workers, the HOMCOM 100W Portable Solar Panel offers reliable off-grid power. Its primary benefit is the freedom to charge devices like phones and drones anywhere with sunlight, eliminating battery anxiety. A key consideration is that charging speed can be affected by cloud cover. This foldable solar panel features both USB-A and USB-C outputs, designed for portability and ease of use.

This is a 100W portable solar panel.
It features both USB-A and USB-C output ports.
Position the panel directly towards the sun with no obstructions. Ensure the surface of the panel is clean.
Compatibility depends on your laptop's charging method. If your laptop charges via USB-C and its power requirements are met by the panel's output, it may be possible. Always check your device's specifications.
Charging will be slower or may stop in cloudy conditions. The panel works best with direct sunlight. You can still use it, but expect reduced performance.
Wipe the panel gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
While designed for outdoor use, prolonged exposure to harsh weather conditions should be avoided. Store it in a dry place when not in use to prolong its lifespan.
Ensure the solar panel is in direct, full sunlight and correctly oriented. Check that the USB cable is securely connected to both the panel and the device. Verify that your device's charging input is compatible with the USB port.
Cloud cover or partial shade will reduce charging speed. Relocate the panel to an area with unimpeded sunlight. Clean the panel surface if it appears dirty.
Move the device being charged into the shade. The solar panel itself should not be shaded, but the connected device needs protection from direct sun and heat.
Setup: Unfold the solar panel and position it in an area with direct, unobstructed sunlight. Connect your devices to the available USB-A or USB-C ports.
Compatibility: Compatible with most devices that charge via USB-A or USB-C, such as smartphones, tablets, power banks, and some drones. Always ensure your device's power requirements are within the output capabilities of the solar panel.
Care: Keep the solar panel clean by wiping it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Ensure the panels are dry before storing. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Protect the panel from extreme weather conditions.
