Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before initial use, remove all packaging and wash the pan with warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residue. When cooking, use low to medium heat settings to extend the life of the non-stick coating; excessive heat can degrade the coating over time. Always use heat-resistant silicone, nylon, or wooden spatulas to avoid scratching the surface. For cleaning, hand wash the pan using a soft sponge and mild detergent. Do not use steel wool or abrasive scouring pads. Dry the pan thoroughly before storing it using the integrated hanging hook to keep the surface free from nicks caused by stacking with other metal cookware.
