Full details
This Elixir Furniture 36" Headboard in Gold is designed for homeowners seeking to enhance their bedroom's aesthetic with a modern and stylish focal point. Its key benefit is adding both comfort and elegance, providing extra support for reading while elevating the look of any bed frame. Troubleshooting
Headboard is wobbly after installation
Ensure all screws attaching the struts to the headboard and the bed frame are fully tightened. Check that the bed frame itself is stable.
Struts do not align with bed frame holes
Confirm you have a UK standard size divan bed frame. Adjust the height of the headboard by using different holes on the struts or by considering the mattress height. Some minor adjustments may be needed.
Fabric appears discolored or uneven
Crushed velvet can naturally have variations in pile direction. Gently brush the fabric in different directions with a soft upholstery brush to even out the nap. Avoid direct sunlight, which can fade colors.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The headboard is supplied with 30" struts and includes all necessary fixing screws. Attach the struts to the headboard first, then align the struts with the corresponding holes on your divan bed frame and secure them with the provided screws. Ensure the headboard is level before fully tightening.
Compatibility: This headboard is compatible with most UK standard size divan bed frames. The struts are designed to attach to the bed base. It may not be compatible with bed frames that do not have pre-drilled holes or a suitable structure for headboard attachment.
Care: To maintain the appearance of the crushed velvet fabric, gently brush or vacuum with an upholstery attachment. For minor spills, use a clean, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the fabric. Professional cleaning is recommended for stubborn stains.
