FAQs
What type of wood is the Kuba TV Unit made from?
The Kuba TV Unit is handcrafted from solid oak wood.
Does the unit come fully assembled?
The unit is typically delivered with minimal assembly required, such as attaching the legs. It is recommended to check the specific product listing for details on assembly.
What is the maximum TV size it can support?
The unit is designed to support most standard televisions. While it can accommodate larger screens, it's advisable to check the surface dimensions against your TV's base for a precise fit.
How should I clean the oak finish?
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and wipe dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive moisture.
Can I place heavy items on the shelves?
Yes, due to its solid oak construction, the unit is very sturdy and can support substantial weight. However, avoid overloading any single area beyond reasonable limits for media equipment.
Is the brown color consistent across all units?
As solid oak is a natural material, there may be slight variations in wood grain and color tone, making each unit unique.
Troubleshooting
Unit is unstable or wobbly.
Ensure the unit is on a level surface. Check that all legs are securely attached and evenly tightened. If pre-assembled, verify that any structural joints are firm.
Surface scratches easily.
Use coasters for drinks and trivets for hot items. Clean gently with a soft cloth. For minor scratches, a furniture polish designed for oak may help, or a professional repair may be considered for deeper marks.
Doors or drawers are stiff.
Check for any obstructions. Ensure the unit is level, as a slight tilt can cause doors or drawers to bind. Lubricate hinges or runners with a silicone-based spray if necessary.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
Due to its solid wood construction, the Kuba TV Unit is typically delivered pre-assembled or requires minimal assembly, often involving attaching legs or securing any loose components. Ensure you have sufficient space for maneuvering the unit into its final position. It is recommended to have two people for lifting and positioning due to its weight.
Compatibility:
This TV unit is designed to be compatible with most standard televisions, from smaller models to larger flat screens. The internal storage dimensions are suitable for common media devices such as game consoles, DVD/Blu-ray players, and soundbars. Always check the internal dimensions against your specific devices if precise fit is critical.
Care:
To maintain the beauty and longevity of the solid oak, dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and wipe dry immediately. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or excessive moisture, as these can damage the wood finish. Periodically check that all fittings are secure, especially if the unit was assembled on arrival.
