You are allowed up to 15 characters per line, across 3 lines.

The product description mentions the gift box; we recommend using a standard small funnel if you have one, though it is not explicitly listed as included.
It is recommended to hand wash the flask to preserve the finish and ensure the interior remains clean and safe for beverages.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find the link, reach out to customer service immediately.
Contact customer support immediately via your order portal to see if the production team can still accommodate your request, though success is not guaranteed.
Once the order is submitted to production, it cannot be amended. Please double-check your text carefully before hitting submit.
After placing your order, keep a close watch on your email inbox for the link to provide your engraving details. This submission must be completed within 24 hours. To care for your flask, rinse the inside thoroughly with warm water before the first use. For cleaning, avoid using harsh abrasive chemicals or steel wool on the silver exterior; a soft, damp cloth is sufficient to keep the surface polished. Avoid leaving liquids inside for extended periods to prevent residue buildup.
