Full details

Wendy Giggles DK in the Rainbow colorway is a vibrant, self-striping acrylic yarn designed for knitters and crocheters looking to add playful, fading color transitions to garments and accessories. It is an excellent choice for creators making children's clothing or colorful everyday pieces due to its softness and durability, though users should keep in mind that being an acrylic-based yarn, it lacks the natural fiber warmth of wool or alpaca.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To get the best results, start your project using standard 4mm knitting needles or a 4mm crochet hook. Always create a tension swatch before starting your main project to ensure your stitch count matches the recommended 22 stitches per 10cm. For care, this yarn is machine washable. When drying, it is safe to use a cool tumble dry setting, which helps maintain the fibers' integrity and prevents shrinkage. Avoid using high-heat settings or steam irons directly on the finished garment, as high heat can damage acrylic fibers.
