Daxocox is a specialized veterinary NSAID designed for dog owners seeking a consistent, once-weekly dosing schedule to manage the pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis or degenerative joint disease. It serves as an effective long-term solution for mobility improvement, though it requires strict veterinary supervision and adherence to dosing protocols to ensure the safety of your pet's digestive and renal health.

Daxocox is designed for once-weekly administration. Follow the specific day and dosage recommended by your vet.
Always inform your veterinarian about all other supplements or medications your dog is taking to avoid negative drug interactions.
It is intended for dogs with diagnosed osteoarthritis; however, it is not suitable for dogs with pre-existing kidney, liver, or heart conditions. A vet assessment is mandatory.
Stop the medication and call your veterinarian, as this may indicate a gastrointestinal reaction.
Yes, Daxocox comes in various strengths ranging from 15mg to 100mg to accommodate different dog breeds and weights.
Discontinue use immediately and consult your veterinarian, as these can be signs of intolerance.
Try concealing the tablet inside a small amount of palatable wet food or a specialized pill pocket to ensure it is swallowed.
Contact your veterinarian or a pet poison control center immediately for guidance on monitoring your dog.
Before starting Daxocox, your veterinarian will typically perform blood work to ensure your dog's liver and kidney function are suitable for long-term NSAID therapy. Keep the tablets in their original packaging to protect them from moisture and light. Always administer the medication with or near a meal to help minimize potential gastrointestinal upset. Do not skip doses, and if you happen to miss a week, contact your veterinarian immediately for instructions on how to resume the cycle safely.
