Troubleshooting
The wiper is leaving streaks on the board.
The wiper may be saturated with chalk dust. Tap it firmly against a wall or outdoor surface to release trapped particles.
Chalk is smearing rather than wiping away.
Ensure the blackboard surface is completely dry. If the board was wiped with a wet cloth previously, allow it to dry thoroughly before using the wiper.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
This product requires no assembly and is ready for use immediately out of the packaging. It is compatible with most traditional chalkboard surfaces. To maintain the life of your wiper:
- Periodically tap the wiper against a hard surface outdoors to remove accumulated chalk dust.
- Store in a dry environment to prevent the wooden handle from warping or absorbing moisture.
- Keep the board surface dry, as wet chalk becomes a paste that can reduce the efficiency of the wiper and smear the board.
- Avoid submerging the wooden component in water; clean with a soft, dry cloth if necessary.
