Setup, Compatibility & Care
Upon arrival, ensure your bed base is compatible with a pocket sprung mattress. A slatted base with slats no more than 7cm apart is ideal to prevent springs from sagging. To maximize the lifespan of your mattress, adopt a regular maintenance schedule. Rotate the mattress from head to toe every few weeks during the first three months of use, and every three months thereafter. This practice ensures that the internal fillings remain evenly distributed and prevents permanent indentation. Keep the mattress clean by using a breathable mattress protector to prevent staining and moisture buildup. Do not jump on the mattress, as this can damage the individual pocket spring units.
