YBS BreatherQuilt Insulation is a high-performing, durable, and energy-saving insulation option. With a 40mm thickness, it effectively manages condensation and all forms of energy transfer, reducing the risk of cold bridging. This product acts as an effective 2-in-1 insulating breather membrane, removing the risk of condensation and featuring built-in easy-peel self-adhesive tape for durability. It is ideal for loft insulation and pitched roof insulation, offering an R value of 1.62m²K/W and an equivalent EPS Polystyrene of 61mm. Using YBS BreatherQuilt can improve the overall U-Value of a standard pitched roof by 75% (U-Value 0.54 W/m²K). Unlike traditional insulation, it does not release harmful fibres during installation and helps improve indoor air quality. The roll is 10m long and 1.2m wide, providing 12 sq.m of coverage, and has a weight of 8.5 Kg. It has a fire classification of Euroclass E and a tensile strength of 132KPA, with a vapour resistance of 0.15 MNsg.
