The Puig New Generation Sport Screen (MPN 774.02.77) is designed specifically for owners of the 2014-2017 Yamaha MT-07 who want to improve the bike's front-end aesthetics and wind protection. It provides a significant boost to rider comfort by reducing wind fatigue during highway riding, though users should note that as a sport-oriented screen, it offers less total wind coverage compared to a full-sized touring windshield.

No, this specific part number (774.02.77) is engineered exclusively for the 2014-2017 model years.
No, the screen is designed to bolt directly onto the existing mounts of your MT-07.
The screen is manufactured from 3 mm thick high-impact methacrylate.
While it significantly reduces wind pressure on the chest, it is a sport screen and will not provide the same level of coverage as a full touring windscreen.
Generally, basic hand tools such as hex keys are sufficient for installation, though you should refer to the included manual for specific hardware requirements.
Check that all mounting bolts are tightened to the correct torque and that all rubber dampers (if provided) are correctly seated.
Ensure you are using a clean microfiber cloth and that the screen is rinsed thoroughly before wiping to remove grit that can cause micro-scratches.
This screen is designed as a direct-fit component for the Yamaha MT-07 model years 2014 through 2017. Installation is straightforward and utilizes existing mounting points on the motorcycle.
