While the stainless steel is safe for food, this container is not designed for reheating hot food in a microwave. It is best used for cold or room-temperature items.
Can I put this in the dishwasher?
Yes, it is top-rack dishwasher safe. However, hand washing with warm, soapy water is recommended to preserve the material's quality and the integrity of the seals.
How do I clean the individual compartments effectively?

The snack box is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel and BPA-free materials.
Can I freeze food in this container?

What is the total capacity of the container?
The container has two compartments with capacities of 15.9 oz and 7.7 oz.
Troubleshooting
Compartment seal is not completely leak-proof.
Ensure the lid is firmly pressed down on both compartments before closing the outer seal. Check for any food debris around the rim of the compartments or the lid that might be preventing a tight seal. Hand wash and dry thoroughly after each use.
Container has developed water spots.
Polish gently with a soft cloth and a small amount of stainless steel cleaner or white vinegar. Dry immediately after washing in the future to prevent spots.
Difficulty opening or closing the lid.
Check that the compartments are not overfilled. Ensure the lid is aligned correctly before pressing down. If sticky, wash with warm, soapy water and dry.
