Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Connect the included USB-C cable from the docking station to a compatible USB-C port on your Windows laptop. Ensure your laptop's USB-C port supports both video output (DisplayPort Alternate Mode) and power delivery if you intend to charge your laptop through the dock. Plug in your peripherals (monitors, keyboard, mouse, Ethernet cable, etc.) to the appropriate ports on the docking station. For charging, connect a 20V/5A (100W) USB-C power adapter to the dock's PD IN port. No software drivers are required for operation.
Compatibility: This docking station is exclusively designed for Windows operating systems. It is not compatible with macOS, Linux, or Chrome OS. Verify that your Windows laptop's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode and USB Power Delivery. For the highest display resolutions (4K@144Hz or 8K@30Hz), your laptop must support DP1.4 with DSC1.2.
Care: To maintain optimal performance, keep the docking station in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating. Clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using liquids or abrasive cleaners. Ensure all cables are securely connected but do not force connections.
