The Guinness Toucan PVC Bar Mat is designed for home bartenders and Guinness enthusiasts who want to protect their counter surfaces while adding authentic pub aesthetics to their space. It effectively catches drips and spills, ensuring your bar area remains clean during social gatherings. While it is perfect for casual home use, it is specifically sized for countertops, so users with very large professional-grade bars may need multiple mats to cover larger surface areas.

Hand washing is recommended to preserve the integrity of the artwork and the PVC material. A simple rinse under a tap is usually sufficient.
It is heat-resistant for standard glassware, but it is not a trivet. Do not place hot pans or boiling pots directly on the mat.
The mat is made from durable PVC with high-quality printing, but it should be kept out of direct, prolonged sunlight to ensure color longevity.
Yes, it is durable enough for outdoor use, though you should bring it inside during extreme weather conditions to prevent premature wear.
New PVC products may have a mild odor initially. Simply airing the mat out in a well-ventilated area for a few hours will dissipate any scent.
Clean the bottom of the mat and the countertop surface with a damp cloth to remove dust, which restores the grip.
Soak the mat in warm, soapy water for 5-10 minutes and gently wipe with a soft sponge.
Setting up the mat requires no installation; simply place it on any flat, dry surface to begin use. It is compatible with all standard countertop materials, including granite, wood, and laminate. For care, avoid using abrasive scrubbing pads that could damage the screen-printed artwork. Instead, use a soft cloth with mild soap for deep cleaning, or simply rinse the mat under a warm tap and air dry. Keep the mat away from extreme heat sources, such as stovetops, as the PVC material may warp under high thermal exposure.
