Each unit is a 2-gang double socket, meaning it provides two individual socket outlets.

The Nexus Metal NPC22W is designed to fit standard UK single gang electrical backboxes.
Use a soft, damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners. A mild, non-abrasive cleaning solution can be used for tougher marks.
Typically, mounting screws are included with the socket, but it is best to confirm with the supplier or installer.
Check the relevant fuse or circuit breaker in your consumer unit. Ensure the appliance plug is fully inserted and functioning. If the issue persists, contact a qualified electrician.
Turn off the power supply at the breaker before inspecting. If the socket feels loose, it may require tightening by a qualified electrician.
Cease use immediately and contact a qualified electrician for inspection. Minor cosmetic blemishes can be addressed with appropriate metal polish, but functional damage requires professional assessment.
Setup: Installation of the Nexus Metal NPC22W double socket should be performed by a qualified electrician to ensure safety and adherence to electrical regulations. The socket is designed to fit into standard UK single gang backboxes.
Compatibility: This socket is compatible with standard UK mains voltage and wiring systems. Ensure the existing wiring is correctly rated for a 13 Amp circuit.
Care: To maintain the polished chrome finish, clean regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can scratch the surface. For stubborn marks, a mild, non-abrasive cleaning solution can be used.
