Troubleshooting

Foundation appears streaky or uneven upon application.

Ensure skin is properly moisturized and prepped. Use a clean brush, sponge, or fingertips for application and blend thoroughly. Try applying in thinner layers and building up coverage as needed.

Product feels too heavy or cakey.

Reduce the amount of product used. Focus on applying a thinner layer for medium coverage or use the product selectively on areas needing more coverage. Ensure skin is well-hydrated prior to application.

Shade does not match as expected.

Consider getting re-shade matched, especially if you were a fan of the previous formula. Lighting conditions during purchase can also affect shade perception; try the shade in natural light.

Difficulty dispensing product without a pump.

For easier and cleaner application, consider purchasing the compatible reusable pump accessory. Alternatively, carefully dispense a small amount onto a clean palette or the back of your hand before applying.
