Yato HVLP Air Spray Gun with Fluid Cup - 0.8 mm - 0.1 L

HVLP stands for High Volume, Low Pressure. This design ensures a higher percentage of paint is transferred to the surface, reducing waste from overspray and improving efficiency.

This spray gun is suitable for use with all types of paints, including lacquers, enamels, stains, and other coatings. However, thicker paints may require thinning to achieve optimal atomization.

It is crucial to clean the spray gun immediately after each use to prevent paint from drying and clogging the internal parts and nozzle. Thorough cleaning ensures longevity and consistent performance.

The recommended maximum operating pressure for the Yato YT-2357 is 0.30 Mpa, which is equivalent to approximately 3 bar or 43.5 PSI.

The 0.1L cup is designed for smaller projects or touch-ups. For larger areas, you will need to refill the cup frequently. Consider alternative setups or multiple refills for extensive work.

Regular maintenance involves immediate cleaning after use, periodic checks of seals and O-rings, and ensuring the nozzle and air cap are free from clogs. Proper lubrication of moving parts after cleaning can also extend its lifespan.

You need an air compressor that can supply sufficient airflow (220 l/min) and maintain a regulated pressure around 0.30 Mpa. A compressor with a good regulator is recommended for consistent results.

Check for clogs in the nozzle or air cap. Ensure paint is properly thinned and the cup is sufficiently filled. Verify correct air pressure.

Ensure the gravity feed cup is properly attached. Check that the fluid needle is moving freely. Thin the paint if it's too viscous.

Check all connections for tightness. Inspect seals and O-rings for wear or damage and replace if necessary.

Increase air pressure slightly. Thin the paint further. Clean the nozzle and air cap thoroughly.

Ensure the gravity feed design is oriented correctly. Clean the cup immediately after use to prevent drying.
