What does 'Porcelain Blue' refer to?

Porcelain Blue is the specific shade of calming, elegant blue used for this duvet set, inspired by historical palettes.

Does the set include pillowcases?

Yes, the double duvet set includes two Oxford pillowcases that complement the duvet cover design.

How do I care for the duvet set?

It is recommended to wash dark colours separately in warm water, do not bleach, tumble dry on low, and use a warm iron. Do not dry clean.

Can I reverse the duvet cover?

Yes, the duvet cover is reversible and features a coordinating Fleur de Lis pattern on the reverse side for versatile styling.

What does 'mock Oxford edge' mean?

A mock Oxford edge is a decorative border that mimics the style of a traditional Oxford pillowcase or duvet cover, giving a tailored and sophisticated finish without the full depth of a true Oxford construction.

Is the colour accurately represented online?

Troubleshooting

Duvet cover keeps slipping off.

Ensure any internal ties within the duvet cover are securely fastened to the corresponding loops on your duvet. If your duvet does not have loops, consider using duvet clips.

Colour fading after washing.

Always wash dark colours separately as recommended. Ensure you are using a warm wash and not exceeding recommended temperatures, and avoid harsh detergents.

Fabric feels rough or less smooth.

Follow the care instructions carefully, particularly regarding ironing and tumble drying. Overheating can affect the sateen finish. Ensure the garment is ironed on a warm setting while slightly damp.
