Is the mascara smudge-proof?

Yes, the UKLASH Tubing Mascara is designed to be smudge-proof and long-lasting.

What if the mascara clumps?

Ensure the wand is clean. Avoid pumping the wand in and out of the tube. Apply the mascara in thin, even coats.

How often should I replace the mascara?

It is recommended to replace your mascara every 3-6 months to maintain hygiene.

Troubleshooting

Mascara is clumping.

Ensure the wand is clean and free of dried mascara. Wipe the wand before each use. Avoid pumping the wand in and out of the tube, as this can introduce air and cause clumping.

Mascara smudges during the day.

Ensure you have not applied too much product. Allow each coat to dry before applying the next. Consider using an eyeshadow primer to create a smoother base.

Difficulty removing the mascara.

Use slightly warmer water to break down the tubing formula. Gently wipe downwards without rubbing to avoid damaging your lashes. If needed, hold a warm, damp cloth over your eyes for a few seconds before wiping.
