The Guardian Internal Cladding Internal Corner trim is an essential component for DIYers and contractors looking to achieve a seamless, professional finish when installing 10mm wall or ceiling panels. Engineered specifically for right-angle junctions, this trim effectively hides raw panel edges while providing a decorative, brushed gold aesthetic that elevates the look of bathrooms, kitchens, and showers. While it provides an excellent moisture-resistant seal and clean lines, users should note that the 2400mm length is fixed, meaning precise measuring and cutting are required before installation to ensure a perfect fit in smaller or custom-height spaces.

Yes, the brushed gold aluminium finish is designed for wet areas like showers and kitchens.
No, this is specifically an internal corner trim. External corners require a different profile shape.
Use a fine-tooth hacksaw and consider applying masking tape to the area you are cutting to protect the gold finish.
No, mounting hardware is not included. It is typically installed using high-quality panel adhesive or small screws.
Each length is 2400mm.
Use a hacksaw with a fine-tooth blade to trim the aluminium to your specific required length.
Check that the panel edge is cut straight and free of burrs; slightly chamfer the edge of the panel if it remains tight.
Ensure the wall corner is truly square (90 degrees); if the wall is bowed, use a small amount of gap-filling adhesive behind the trim before fixing.
To install, measure your wall height accurately and use a fine-tooth hacksaw to cut the 2400mm trim to size. Ensure the internal corner is plumb before fixing the trim to the substrate using appropriate adhesives or screws. For best results, use a neutral-cure silicone sealant along the edges where the trim meets the panels to maintain a fully waterproof barrier. To maintain the brushed gold finish, clean regularly with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap; avoid using abrasive scrubbers or harsh acidic cleaners, which could scratch the surface or strip the finish.
