While the surface is wipeable, it is not specifically designed for high-moisture environments like bathrooms or kitchens. Ensure good ventilation if used in such areas, and avoid direct contact with water or steam.

As it's vinyl, it may be strippable. Try peeling from a corner; if it comes off easily in large sections, it's strippable. If not, use a wallpaper scorer and steam or a water-based stripper solution, followed by washing the wall.
